Sara Edris is an attorney and legal consultant with more than ten years of professional experience, during which she has advised and represented a wide range of clients, including individuals and corporations in Egypt and across the region. Her legal expertise spans corporate and commercial law, investment law, capital market regulations, civil and commercial disputes, administrative law, sports law, and intellectual property.
Prior Founding Al-Muhr & Edris Law Firm, Sara worked as an attorney and legal consultant in several Leading law firms in Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through this role, she developed extensive and comprehensive experience in handling hundreds of complex disputes across various sectors , Sara has an established record of achievements and Judgments obtained for her clients most notably in corporate and investment , shareholders’ disputes, commercial and labor disputes, civil litigation, and disputes arising from civil, commercial, and administrative contracts at both the local and regional levels.
Her professional experience further extends to the legal systems of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she worked as a legal consultant to several companies and individuals. This exposure has enabled her to deliver integrated legal services both in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Throughout her career, Sara has established numerous legal entities in Egypt, obtained commercial and industrial licenses for a wide range of projects, and provided continuous legal management for companies, including amendments to constitutive documents, changes in legal form, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance advisory. She also provides strategic guidance on corporate governance frameworks and the full lifecycle of corporate Legal management.
